restructuringChange management is a widely used term and can refer to any project management process where changes are formally introduced and approved.

My commercial experience (supported by my degree in Accountancy), equip me well to assist with any change management process including:

  • Understanding the current position of the business
  • Analysis of the changes required
  • Identifying the target position
  • Assessing the most appropriate measures to achieve that position
  • Planning implementation of the measures
  • Communicating with and involving those impacted
  • Reinforcing the change to help it succeed

Often such changes lead to personnel restructures, including redundancy situations or the requirement to alter terms and conditions of employment.  My legal experience enables me to advise on implementing any changes within current legislation and with least risk to the organisation.
